Bank House Farm has an amazing range of facilities beside the river Manifold, with a children's play area as well as a dog exercise field. There is a reception and facilities area with separate showers and electrical hook-ups. There is even a shop on site for basic food supplies! The site is also close to local restaurants, pubs, and cafes. There are plenty of attractions nearby, from idyllic woodland at The Heights of Abraham to famed theme park Alton Towers, or explore some of the famous peak district towns such as Bakewell, Denby, Castleton and Buxton. It's a great place to relax and have a good time whether by yourself or with your family.

A word from the host: An amazing all inclusive getaway guaranteed to relieve stress and make your day!

Prepare for: The toilet and shower facilities are a little bit of a walk uphill from some of the pitches, so bear this in mind when choosing where to stay. There is a road next to the site with farm traffic so be prepared for a little noise at times.

Rules Rules:

Campfires are allowed as long as they are in a fire pit or similar container and kept off the ground. We have a limited number of firepits for hire upon arrival. Dogs are welcome and we have a separate dog walking field. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Pitches are available from 2:00pm. The reception is closed between 12:00 and 2:00pm Pitches are to be vacated by 12 noon.

Public transport: There is a stop for the 442 high peak bus service just outside the campsite.

Nearby shops and eateries: There are food shops and a pub in Hartington, as well as a famous cheese shop, a little over a mile east along the road.
