A warm welcome awaits you at our family run holiday park on the beautiful North Cornwall coast, just a few miles outside of the historic Victorian seaside town of Bude. Grab your buckets, spades, wetsuits and surfboards for a family holiday you’ll never forget. Our holiday park is a small family run holiday park for families that want a quiet relaxed holiday near the sea and we have everything you need with out onsite farmshop, licensed café and children's playpark.

Rules Rules:

TERMS & CONDITIONS Main points • Deposits and final balances paid are non-refundable. See detail below • Check out times are strictly 10am • Check in times – midday for camping/touring and 4pm for holiday lets • Strictly quiet time after 10pm • All children must be supervised at all times throughout the site, including playpark and shower block • BBQs are allowed so long as they are off the grass. Stands are available for purchase in the camping shop • Strictly no smoking inside the holiday lets (statics and apartments) • Single-sex bookings of 4 people or more are not accepted • We do not guarantee allocated pitches and pitches can be changed at our discretion at any time • Speed limit is strictly 5mph • Dogs to be kept on leads at all times and all dog mess is to be picked up immediately • Dogs in the pet friendly holiday lets are not permitted on caravan furniture at any time or left in caravans unattended • We do not allow the following breed of dogs Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull Terriers or other dogs under the dangerous dogs act and crosses of the same Bookings and deposits To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 20% of the overall cost of your holiday. Balances are payable 21 days prior to arrival for camping/touring and 28 days prior to arrival for holiday lets. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your booking. Receipts are not issued for balance payments unless requested. Deposits paid and final balances are non-refundable unless there are government restrictions relating to the COVID19 pandemic permitting you to travel during your stay. This does not cover being unable to travel due to illness and we would advise you to get travel insurance to cover this. We regret the weather conditions are beyond our control and we cannot refund any monies if you cancel your booking due to the weather. Provisional bookings made by telephone will be cancelled after 3 days if not confirmed in writing with a deposit. Your booking will be confirmed in writing once a deposit has been received. This could be in the form of an email if an email address is specified. We accept no responsibility for mistakes made when booking online or over the telephone so please make sure you check your confirmation carefully once received to make sure your booking details are correct. Email addresses may be used by ourselves for marketing purposes but will not be passed onto third parties. We appreciate sometimes situations can change resulting in a change in your holiday plans. We strongly advise you take out your own holiday insurance to cover you should you have to cancel. We advise that your insurance should also cover any losses, injury, travel cost and accommodation cost. All cancellations must be put into writing. For holiday lets, if you cancel 28 days before you’re due to arrive, your deposit will be lost. Cancellations less than 28 days before arrival will result in the balance of your holiday paid being lost. For touring or camping, if you cancel 21 days before you’re due to arrive, your deposit will be lost. Cancellations less than 21 days before arrival will result in the balance of your holiday paid being lost. Check in/check out For holiday lets - check in is from 4pm and check out is strictly 10am. This allows a thorough clean for the next guests. For touring or camping - check in is from midday and check out is strictly 10am. Please report to reception on arrival. Should you prefer a contactless check in please contact us prior to arrival. Dogs Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised outside the park. Any dog mess is to be picked up immediately. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. We do not allow the following breeds – Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull Terriers or crosses of the same. For holiday lets, dogs are allowed in accommodation specified as dog friendly, by prior arrangement only. A dog bed should be provided. Dogs are not permitted on soft furnishings. Children All children must be supervised at all times when using the park's facilities and play area, including playpark, shop and shower block. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. Quiet time We are a small family run, family friendly campsite and to help ensure a happy holiday for all, noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm. We ask everyone to respect other visitors on the park and keep noise levels down between 10pm and 7.30am. This also includes televisions and radios, which should be used considerately during the day, and should not be audible outside of your accommodation between the hours of 10pm and 7.30am. The play area is out of bounds after 10.00pm. Unruly behaviour or underage drinking is absolutely not tolerated. Anyone found to be behaving in this manner will be asked to leave. Number in Party No all male, all female, mixed groups or large parties are permitted unless by prior arrangement. Families and Couples only. Holiday lets: For a three bed static van we allow a maximum of 8 people. For a two bed static van or apartment we allow a maximum of 6 people. For a one bed apartment we allow a maximum number of 4 people. For camping and touring: We allow a maximum of 8 people per pitch. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, then two pitches must be booked. BBQs and Fires BBQ’s and fire pits are permitted but MUST be raised off the grass at all times. They can be placed on bricks to avoid burning the grass. Alternatively stands can be purchased from the onsite camping shop. Never take BBQs inside your accommodation Always make sure they are fully extinguished and completely cooled before disposing of the charcoal or BBQ tray Please be aware of the location of fire safety points before starting your BBQ or fire pit. For holiday lets, BBQs or firepits are not permitted on the accommodation decking. Open fires are not permitted Please be extremely careful and use the separate bins we provide for ashes once you have finished your BBQ. Smoking Smoking is strictly not permitted in any of our accommodation. Any person found to be doing so during their holiday or after vacating will be asked to leave and liable to pay for the valeting of the accommodation. Linen Bed linen is provided in all our holiday lets. However please bring your own towels. Linen is not provided for travel cots. Personal Belongings Please be sure to take all your personal belongings when you leave your accommodation. Management cannot accept responsibility for any items left behind. Requests We will do our best to honour requests, but we regret we are unable to guarantee these or a specific location of the pitches. Pitches are allocated a few days prior to arrival Tent Size We do not allow tents over 8m x 8m on one pitch. Tents exceeding this size will require two pitches. Vehicles One vehicle is permitted per pitch. Additional vehicles may be required to be parked in a separate area and will be charged for. Speed Limit Please abide by the speed limit of 5mph at all times. VAT VAT is included at the current rate General Conditions Please respect our staff at all times. The Company and its employees accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the park however caused. Any person in breach of the booking conditions or park rules may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given. Any person causing offence to other guests at the park may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given. The decision of the management on all the above will be final. Payment of your deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
