The Green Man is proud to re open its campsite after 12 months of field re-construction; The Silent Roads of Inglewhite can now be enjoyed once again with a stay complemented by our home made pies served in our award winning Country Pub. Packed with fine local ingredients, they make for a fine reward after a day’s play in the Trough of Bowland or better still the Lake District, especially when accompanied by one of the excellent local draught ales. There is a single camping field with space for around 14 pitches, surrounded by the Trough of Bowland and Beacon Fell, a perfect place for those interested in walking and cycling. Our campsite and pub is also in a excellent location for access to the Lancaster Canal, Preston, Blackpool and Lancaster itself. The Market towns of Garstang and Longridge are less than 10 minutes drive away. The Green Man really is the ideal location to get up close and personal with the British countryside – whilst enjoying our fresh food and drinks!
