Barn Farm is set out on multiple wide open fields in the heart of the peak district. Located only 7 miles south of the beautiful, historic town of Bakewell and only 3 miles west of Matlock, there's no shortage of brilliant sights to see and things to do on your stay. With many different attractions and gorgeous scenery, it's the perfect site for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

A word from the host: With stunning scenery and plenty to do, this makes for the perfect camping experience.

Prepare for: Barn Farm is located on a sloped field so bear this in mind if you are planning to bring a campervan, as it may not be completely level. Barn Farm is a little tricky to find and there are multiple narrow roads that lead to it, which are not suitable for big vehicles. Also, SatNavs often lead you to the wrong place so it would be wise to check out the directions before you set off to avoid any delay in arriving.

Rules Rules:

We are a family site and we have a strict No Noise policy after 10.30pm. On site music has to be OFF at this time and we ask that noise is kept to a minimum from 10:30pm - 7:00am anywhere on the campsite including the camping barns. Anyone continually causing a disturbance will be asked to leave Barn Farm. NO open fires/campfires are allowed in any circumstances. Parents/Guardians are to ensure that their children are supervised at all times especially in the play area. It is not supervised and it is your responsibility to ensure that they do not hurt themselves or others. The site speed limit is 5 mph. We ask that NO alcoholic beverages are left in the fridge. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. There are hooks outside the facilities for you to tie your dog to whilst you use them. Only guide dogs are permitted in the facilities. Please report to reception on arrival. Do not go straight onto a pitch. BBQ's are permitted but must be raised off the ground. We do have bricks on site if you require them. Transit vans are not permitted on site. Hen and Stag parties are not accepted on site. There are restrictions on bookings for all male or all female parties of over 3 people.
